NOT BY ACCIDENT, BUT BY CHOICE

"Not By Accident, But By Choice" In a picturesque village, Saira and Dhrub meet during a vibrant festival and feel an instant, unspoken connection. Though they try to hide their feelings, repeated encounters deepen their bond. Through growing friendship, jealousy, and emotional realisations, they come to understand their love for one another. Eventually, Dhrub confesses his feelings, and Saira reciprocates, marking the start of a heartfelt romance. The story emphasises that True love is not just about staying together — it’s about growing individually and still choosing each other after life has changed you. Chapter 3

PART-08

Late Night - Memories in the Dark

[Scene: Dhrub's bedroom. Soft city lights filter through the curtains. He lies in bed, staring at the ceiling, unable to sleep.]

Dhrub (thinking, voice-over):

"Our first kiss...

That rainy afternoon behind the old library.

Her hair smelled like wildflowers.

Her hands were trembling, just like mine."

[He closes his eyes, a small, unconscious smile playing on his lips - lost in the memory of a love that had once felt like the center of the universe.]

Dream Sequence - Reliving the First Kiss

[Scene: A soft rain falls over an old stone pathway, surrounded by wild gardens and the faint scent of earth. It's almost the same as it was years ago - but somehow brighter, dreamlike.]

[Saira stands under a large, leafy tree, her hair slightly damp from the drizzle. She's laughing - that same free, musical laugh Dhrub remembered like a song.]

[Dhrub approaches, his heart racing just like it did back then, feeling both nervous and alive.]

Dhrub (in a soft, almost wondering voice):

"You're really here..."

Saira (smiling shyly, stepping closer):

"I was always here.

You just had to find me again."

[The rain falls a little heavier now, misting their faces.

Their clothes cling to them, their hands brush, and the world fades - no sounds but the rain and their pounding hearts.]

[A long, charged moment.]

Saira (whispering):

"I'm scared."

Dhrub (smiling, brushing a wet strand of hair from her face):

"So am I."

[And just like the first time - nervous, desperate, and full of hope - they lean in.

Their lips meet, soft and searching, and the whole world tilts into something beautiful and infinite.]

[In the dream, the kiss is exactly how they remembered - clumsy, sweet, filled with unsaid promises. But this time, there's no fear of losing it.]

________________________________________

[Cut to: Saira's bedroom. She sits against the pillows, knees pulled close to her chest, thinking deeply.]

Saira (thinking, voice-over):

"Tonight's conversation...

His voice, his honesty, the way he looked at me like nothing had changed.

Like maybe... something lost could still be found."

[She smiles faintly, a tear slipping down her cheek - not from sadness, but from a quiet release, a long-held tension finally easing.]

[Soft music plays. In their separate rooms, far but somehow closer than ever, they both drift into sleep - hearts still whispering across the distance.]

[In the dream world, they meet again - young, fearless, laughing under the same rain-soaked sky where their story once began.]

[Their hands find each other naturally, without hesitation, like they had always belonged together.]

- And for the first time in years, they both sleep peacefully,

dreaming not of what was lost,

but of everything, still waiting to be found.

PART-09

"Next morning" scene where one of them meets again

[Setting: A cozy, quiet caf the next morning. Soft sunlight streams through the windows. The world outside is just waking up. Saira sits alone at a small table, stirring her coffee absentmindedly, lost in thought about the night before.]

[The doorbell jingles lightly. She doesn't look up immediately. Footsteps approach.]

Dhrub (tentatively, almost shyly):

"Is this seat taken?"

[Saira looks up, surprised, then a slow, warm smile spreads across her face.]

Saira (teasing gently):

"You again? Are you following me now?"

Dhrub (grinning):

"Maybe. Or maybe destiny's doing all the heavy lifting."

[He pulls out the chair and sits without waiting for permission, as if something between them clicked back into place overnight.]

Saira (sipping her coffee, watching him):

"How did you even know I'd be here?"

Dhrub (shrugging lightly):

"I didn't. Just... remembered you used to love quiet places in the mornings.

I figured I'd take a chance."

[A silence falls, but it's comfortable this time, like a familiar old song playing softly in the background.]

Saira (softly):

"I wasn't sure you'd come looking."

Dhrub (earnest, no hesitation):

"I wasn't sure you'd want me to.

But... I couldn't just walk away again."

[Saira looks at him - really looks - and sees not the boy she once loved, but the man who had survived his own storms. Just like her.]

Saira (smiling faintly):

"Maybe we're better at second chances now."

Dhrub (leaning in slightly):

"Maybe we don't need to rush anything. Maybe we just... start with breakfast?"

[Saira laughs, a soft, genuine sound. She nods.]

Saira:

"Breakfast sounds good."

[And just like that, two people who thought their story had ended found themselves at the start of a new chapter -

PART-10

HAPPY ENDING

[A few months later - Setting: A small art gallery where Saira's latest exhibition is taking place. The room is full, soft music plays, and paintings glow under warm lights. In the crowd, Dhrub stands quietly, proudly watching her.]

[Saira finishes greeting a few visitors and spots him. Her face lights up in a way that's impossible to hide. She weaves through the crowd toward him.]

Saira (smiling, teasing):

"You know, you're becoming a permanent feature at my shows."

Dhrub (grinning):

"Someone has to make sure the artist doesn't get stolen away by fame."

[They laugh. There's an ease between them now, a bond reforged - not by clinging to the past, but by building something new.]

Dhrub (gently, a little serious):

"I'm proud of you, Saira. Always have been."

Saira (voice soft):

"And I'm proud of you too, Dhrub. For finding your own way.

And... for finding me again."

[He takes her hand - naturally, easily - and for a moment, the world fades around them.]

Dhrub (smiling warmly):

"I guess... we were always meant to find our way back."

Saira (with a happy tear in her eye, squeezing his hand):

"Not because we needed each other to be whole. But because we chose each other. Again."

[With every step they took towards each other, the love that had never truly left them reignited.

They were older now, wiser, and more certain of their feelings. This time, nothing could separate them.]

[Dhrub took Saira's hand, his heart beating strong and sure.]

Dhrub: "I never stopped loving you, Saira. I've waited for you, and I will wait for you always."

Saira: "And I will always be here, waiting for you, just as I always have been."

They shared a kiss, and the world around them disappeared. True love had found its way back, and this time, nothing could tear them apart.

[The gallery lights glow a little softer as they step outside together into the evening air, hand in hand. Two hearts, once lost, now home again - not by accident, but by choice.]

[And this time, they knew:

Love wasn't about fighting the world.

It was about building one together.]

Moral of the Story

True love is not just about staying together - it's about growing individually and still choosing each other after life has changed you.

Sometimes, separation isn't the end, but a journey that helps two hearts find their way back stronger, wiser, and more ready to love.
