The law of riches states that:
Wealth obtained decently from hard work will continually prosper and one will be at peace with the world.
Whilst wealth acquired through dark means will continually burden and decline, becoming one's horrid nightmare, a monstrous wealth!
Morning is not all about a new day, it is also about spreading one's arms to welcome a new opportunity.
"We got lucky again, this day is akin to new opportunity my brother"
"I don't doubt it. Let's be quick brother, I want to soak up the sun properly"
Two unkempt beggars, Greyson and Northman arrived at their begging spot by the roadside in haste to set their sitzfleisch on the sun-heated earth's floor.
They were all pleased and revved up under direct sunlight, as if it would cleanse their past sins and cast away the monsters lurking around them at night.
"Help for God sake. God bless the one who helps for His sake, a grain or a penny.
The fragrance of generosity ad the fragrance of kindness will linger on your hands if you help.
Help for God sake, God bless the one who helps for God sake, a grain or a penny..."
The duo beggar men cried the song of help and hope even though the possibility of catching everyone's attention was scanty.
Greyson and Northman both screened under the canopy of conical hat, their faces. Filthy appearance and like two peas in a pod, yet somewhat betrayed by their voices that posses the vibe of people belonging to the upper crust members, healthy and powerful.
"Filthy beggars soliciting for a penny or a grain as though it would sustain big geezers as themselves"
"Ugh, since they asked for it, they can survive on it. Beggars aren't choosers anyways"
Greyson and Northman got wind of two or three young men's conversation.
Bloods are likely to boil however, as if dead at heart,
"Young men, a grain or a penny...God bless the one who helps for his sake..."
Greyson and Northman implored the young men who nevertheless turned deaf ears, hastening their steps away from the unkempt beggars.
Once the young men lost from their sight, Greyson and Northman exchanged a peculiar glances.
"Do we have a choice brother? Better to light the candle than accurse the darkness"
"You are right brother. Words of some ignorant young bucks doesn't matter. We were born to beg, begging is our peace of mind, it is our breathe. The day we cease begging is the day we cease to exist in this world"
They both nodded their heads affirmatively.
The street got more hectic as time went by and the only got intense with begging , hoping to receive alms from the folks passing by.
Sometimes fruits, sometimes coins...Greyson and Northman went on with panhandling until daylight started fading as night time awake.
"Should we get another opportunity to beg like today yet I am afeared that opportunity comes but once"
Greyson let out a sigh of worry when he heard Northman's words. He then said
"I wish there's no time and the sun never goes away. To be enveloped in darkness is to dead until the sun awakes"
"Do you think we'll wake up with the sun?"
On their way back home, the duo beggars conversed with each other up till their arrival at one sequestered and derelict building in an unfrequented part of the town.
An unforeseen scene ensued...
