Chapter 7

He stormed in through the doors of a big building, he didn't recognize the building but as soon as he walked in he knew where he was. He was in Court. He ran over to Emi and whispered, "What in tarnation is wrong that i gotta be here at 9:30?" She whispered back, "You'll see!" He went back to the seats where people watched the trials and then he heard something he was not expecting, "Next up in the case of Emi Williams Vs. Ash Williams. And on Mrs. Williams side they will call Ben Williams."

He walked to the front his mind racing, he knew what had happened, Emi had sued his dad for the death of his mother. He was sworn in and took the stand. "Mr. Williams please describe the night of the murder." And so he did, "My father was very drunk your honor and so when he got home he was looking for someone to take his anger out on, and i dodged and escaped him. My mother who was also home was not as fortunate; she was beaten to death by a wooden plank. My father tried to say that the plnk fell on her, but it didn't. I was forced to help bury her and then lie about it. There were always threats about what would happen to me if i didn't comply.

After hours of boring court stuff, the typical procedures, there was a verdict. A member of the jury rose and said the following, "On the accounts of Murder in the first we find the defendant Guilty."
