Suraj grew up in India, where the train system had a variety of coaches - First AC, Second AC, Third AC, Chair Car, Sleeper, and General. Among them, the General coach was the cheapest, with a fare much lower than the others - about 20 to 30 times less than First AC. When Suraj was a student, his pocket money was only 500 rupees a month, which was roughly $6. He would often travel in the General coach, looking at passengers in the higher classes like Second AC and First AC with a sense of awe. He dreamed of the day when he could afford to travel in one of those luxurious coaches.
After landing a job, Suraj's dream became a reality when he started traveling in Third AC. It felt like a huge achievement at the time, as he remembered the days when even that seemed out of reach. But Suraj's aspirations didn't stop there. He began thinking, "One day, I'll travel in First AC." That was his next goal.
Now, when Suraj reflects on his journey, traveling in the General coach feels like a distant memory, almost like a story he tells others. He's no longer a student squeezing into the crowded General coach. Now, Third AC feels like just another normal part of his life, but First AC is still his dream. His perspective has changed - what once seemed impossible has now become a part of his daily life, and the dreams he had for the future are slowly turning into realities.
The core message: It's not just about the destination; it's about how your perspective shifts with time. What once seemed out of reach becomes a part of your story.
This version highlights Suraj's evolving journey and how his perspective changed with time.
