John, Manu, Samira & Anjali are good friends who always look out for each other. They completed their education program and were planning a final adventure.
John rushed to the other three and explained excitedly, “Hey Guys, I found out what our next adventure should be.”
“What?” asked Sammy (Samira) half-heartedly.
With a huge grin, John blurted out, “We should explore Pearl Star Mansion (translated from Hindi, ‘Moti Taara Mansion’) and spend an entire night to prove to the world that the mansion is not haunted!”
Anjali screamed and jumped up from the bench, “Aaah… Are you out of your thinking capacity? Who would visit that mansion? You must be crazy!”
Manu chimed in, “Hey John, do you know that even paranormal explorers and ghost hunters avoid that place? It's said to be infested with ghosts!”
Sammy asked, “Gho.Gho.Ghosts?”
John spoke in a low voice. “Manu, we should take it as a challenge and explore the mansion. We should prove to others that it’s just a run-down mansion and there are no ghosts, demons or poltergeists.”
Anjali asked, “Are you for real, John? Do you know what happened when a real estate agent brought a client a few years back? My grandma had told me both the client, and the agent were seen entering the mansion but were never to be seen again.”
“Oh, stop it, you all! If you all are scared, I will go alone and prove no ghost exists there or anywhere else. It’s all superstition, and I bet that the stories you heard were all cooked up by the previous generation to keep people away from their properties!” John spoke in a mocking tone.
“We will accompany you to the mansion. Let’s take this as a challenge, just like John said. We will record video as proof: walk in, explore, and stay for a few hours. After all, we have each other to keep company,” said Manu.
The girls reluctantly agreed, while John was the most excited.
