In the little village of Gloombark, the sky had been gray for as long as anyone could remember.
Children played under pale clouds, and flowers grew without color, their petals dull and lifeless.
Everyone accepted the lifeless sky, saying, "That's just how it is."
But Chulo, a curious boy with wild hair and bright eyes, dreamed of a sky full of colors.
He kept a box of old crayons, drawing rainbows on paper even though no one believed they could be real.
