After class ended, Sarah and Emma headed to lunch. As they sat down, they overheard students whispering about a room that was always locked - one no one was allowed to enter.
Sarah leaned in, confused. "What room are they talking about?"
Emma's face turned serious. "Don't even think about it, Sarah. I heard a girl went in there once... and never came back."
Sarah nodded, pretending not to care. But inside, her curiosity burned.
That night, while doing homework, she couldn't stop thinking about the room. Eventually, she drifted off to sleep - and dreamed of a boy. His face was hidden in shadows, but his voice echoed in her mind.
She woke up scared, her heart racing. She didn't tell her parents. Instead, she got ready early and went to school before anyone else arrived.
Emma wasn't there yet.
Sarah stood in front of the forbidden room. The door was slightly open.
She stepped inside.
Suddenly, the door slammed shut behind her. She screamed and ran to open it - but it wouldn't budge.
Then she heard it.
"Why did you come here? You shouldn't have."
Sarah froze. The voice - it was the same one from her dream.
She screamed for help, but the room was soundproof. No one could hear her.
Meanwhile, Emma was searching for her. She told the principal that Sarah was missing. Soon, students and staff were looking everywhere.
Inside the room, Sarah spotted a locked box. She reached out and touched it.
It snapped open.
A cold wind rushed out - and everything went black.
The voice laughed, then vanished.
Moments later, the principal, Emma, and a group of students burst into the room. They found Sarah lying unconscious on the floor.
