Mysterious experiences

Grandfather

I was basically located in Bengaluru as my father joined public sector , though native of Andhra (undivided) during 1976, I was very close to maternal grandparents, specifically attached to Grandfather.

The incident I am about to tell is happened in remote village in Andhra (Nellore Dist.)He was mason & was travelling extensively to the surrounding villages on his work. He was famous for his architecture in building houses in those days and had extensive fan base , specifically woman for his height(About 6 feet) & fair complexion with skinny body and he had several affairs as it was told by relatives.

He normally starts his day early morning by 4.30 am ,by walk to nearby villages and return late night by 12 midnight through walk from those villages. Sometimes, He stays back if it's too late.

I was been to native during those days, during my vacation and at that time I had completed 7th public exams in Bengaluru.

My Grandfather used to narrate interesting incidents happened during his lifetime with me as stories and I was I quite exited to listen to those , and over Period of time I became obsessed with his stories.

One of the real incident , he experienced during his walk through forest while coming back to home in the midnight .

He started from nearby village after 11 pm after work and it takes almost one & half hours to reach home and he was habituated with this routine as well.

While walking in the forest, after getting into dense bush he started to experience weird feelings as someone following him and he was dare enough to look back, but haven't found anyone at the back and started walking silently, but again he sensed someone following him and then he stopped & without Turing back enquired loudly " who's that following ", but there was no reply. Then he thought, some animal might be following him & started walking nervously and after sometime suddenly a lion like animal ran past him & he was shocked to understand what really happened, as lion like animal disappeared in front of him. Shocked & feared started walking briskly towards his village, thinking what to do and by the time reached outskirts of his home village and relived of pressure

After reaching home, was unable to sleep. Since he sleeps in midst of Palmyra Palm trees ( grows 20 to 30 feet), that surrounds our house. Time was around 1 am, he saw some weird figure on one the tress near to him , to overcome fear & nuisance he got into home & slept with difficult.

Next day, he didn't mentioned what had happened last night, as usual left house around afternoon and he didn't come back that day due to work pressure or for some reasons.

After 2 days again he started back to home village, this time around 12 midnight. As he reached same location, again same experience started and he couldn't bear suspense & fear of something happenings, he turned back & started walking back and he could feel someone going in front of him but nothing was visible. After sometime he started to see feet of someone which looks like combination human & animal, as was walking he started to hear lion snor kind of sounds , still he followed but after walking for about 200 mts, foot disappeared and there was complete silence. The forest is habitat of foxes, wolves, deers, sometimes wild bears, occasionally elephants but no large cats in & around area. But my Grandfather heard loin snoring or roar kind of sounds.

The same night again he saw a weired figure on three and he concluded that as Lord Narashima , subsequently he became devotee of God and visited his shrine nearby(Penchali Kona. Lord Narashima Shrine in Nellore Dist)After this , he never experienced anything like that again. Even I went to shrine after 25 years & took blessings of Lord along with family.

Incident found to be weird , mysterious & thrilling , but my Grandfather had to endured pressure & fear..
