This chapter is about a human being's sense of adventure and how important it is when it comes to resilience and coping with life in general all through the ages. We must learn from each other instead of fighting against each other all the time. Chapter two deals with how hobbies play a part in our resilience and sense of adventure.

We all have a sense of adventure to some extent. I know I tend to treat everything as an adventure much to the displeasure of some people.
For example, walking might be frowned upon as an activity. Regarded even as a chore instead of pleasurable. It is all about mindset.
You won't have any story to tell if you keep yourself in the house 24/7. The same goes for meeting people. You need an open or neutral attitude to everything. I have met people that have a good and bad attitude to life. one who took it too far and took it out on me. it took me a while to deal with that chapter of my life and return to my good sense of adventure unapologetically and with an open mind.
