Bedtime stories are primarily meant to promote peaceful sleep and rest. The characteristics of Bed time stories are they are soothing, calming, easy to read, short enough and essentially have a happy ending. For children it can be a fairy tale and for adults it can be a pleasing love, inspirational or adventure story with a cool ending.
